What Ritli collects

Ritli may store your email address, account authentication data, selected habits, habit-completion history, routine preferences, reminder settings, subscription status, device identifiers used for notifications, and technical information needed to operate the service.

How data is used

We use this information to run your account, sync your progress, personalise habit suggestions, provide reminders and notifications, restore your data across devices, manage Ritli Pro access, and keep the service secure.

Payments

Android subscription payments are processed by Google Play. Ritli does not receive your full payment-card details. We receive purchase and entitlement information needed to activate or restore Ritli Pro.

Service providers

Ritli may use hosting, database, email-delivery and notification providers to operate the app. These providers process data only as needed to provide those services.

Account deletion

You can request deletion from the Ritli app under You → Privacy & data → Delete my account & data. You can also use our external deletion page: Delete Ritli account.

Deleting an account removes the account and associated Ritli data from our active systems, except information we may be required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can change habits, reminders and Adaptive AI settings at any time. You can also sign out, reset local habits, or delete your account.
